Be sure to stir very well each time. Bring the coconut at the edges to the middle and vice versa.</div></li><li id="wprm-recipe-5260-step-0-5" class="wprm-recipe-instruction" style="list-style-type: decimal;" value="6"><div class="wprm-recipe-instruction-text" style="margin-bottom: 10px;">This is done when the coconut has browned to the colour of cooked bacon.
